The company VRANCART informs that the interest rate of the convertible bonds for the 25^th coupon for the period between January, 25^th 2023 – April, 24^th 2023, calculated according to the Issuance prospectus approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority through the Decision no. 156 from February, 1^st 2017 is 9.27 %.

The interest rate is calculated from ROBOR_{3 MONTHS} set on January, 25^th 2023 + the establish margin of 2%.
