Cluj, tel./fax 0040 264 591982, registered with the Trade Register Office under no J12/2600/12.07.2005, tax no 17772595, authorized as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager by Authorization no. 94/28.03.2018, registered with the Registry of the Financial Supervsory Authority under no. PJR071AFIAA/120008, represented by Mr. Pascu Nicolae, Chairman of Board, as manager of the AIF STK Emergent (symbol: STK) informs the investors that the Key Information Document (KID) has been published according to the Art 13 of the EU Regulation no 1286/2014, updated on May 13, 2022.
