The management of Meta Estate Trust S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs investors and interested persons that during the period 27.01.2023 - 27.02.2023 persons who exercise managerial responsibilities and/or have access to privileged information within the meaning of Regulation No. 5/2018, Law 24/2017, as well as Regulations (EU) No. 522/2016 and No. 596/2014 (on market abuse) are not entitled to carry out transactions in their own name or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, related to the issuer's shares.
The closed trading period is due to the fact that on 28.02.2023 the Company will publish the 2022 preliminary annual financial results.
Therefore, starting with the close of the trading session from 27.01.2023, the trading activity with MET shares is restricted for the above-mentioned persons. Thus, these persons will be able to resume trading MET shares on 28.02.2023, after the Company will publish the 2022 preliminary annual financial results on 28.02.2023, before the opening of the trading session.
