(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" / "Issuer") informs the investors that between 26.01.2023 - 24.02.2023, persons who have privileged information according with FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, Law 24/2017, as well as Regulations (EU) no. 522/2016 and no. 596/2014 (relating to market abuse) do not have the right to carry out transactions in their own name or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, related to shares, bonds, debt securities or other financial instruments of the Company.
The blackout period occurs as a result of the fact that on 24th February 2023 the Company will publish the Report of the preliminary financial results of the year 2022.
