Important events to be reported: Closing of the transaction for the acquisition of Eco Euro Doors
The management of HOLDINGROCK1 S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs the market that on 17 May 2022 took place the closing of the transaction of Eco Euro Doors (“EED”), the largest producer of doors for residential constructions with a total turnover of over EUR 13 million and 320.000 units sold in 2021.
Following the closing of the transaction, the Company holds 70% of the share capital of EED. The price paid for the acquisition of the shares is EUR 9.820.000.
