S.C. PROMATERIS S.A., having its registered office in Buftea, Sos.Bucuresti-Tirgoviste nr. 1, Ilfov County, registered with the Trade Registry Office under no. J23/835/2018, Sole Registration Code (CUI) 108, informs investors and company's shareholders that the Report for Q 1 - 2022, including:

- the Consolidated financial statements according to IFRS on 31.03.2022;

- the Quarterly Report for Q1 – 2021, prepared according to Annex 13(A) of ASF Regulation no. 5/2018,

will be submitted to BVB and ASF and published on our website: www.promateris.com/Actionari/Rapoarte financiare, on 16.05.2022, 18:00 o'clock.
