The management of One United Properties S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs the market that One Herastrau Office, the office building located in the North of Bucharest which has a total leasable area of 8,116 sqm, has reached 100% occupancy.

One Herastrau Office has 7 floors and parking spaces spread over 3 underground floors. The building is undergoing LEED Gold certification - the rigorous certification system for sustainable construction, based on criteria such as energy efficiency, reduced water consumption, carbon dioxide emissions, and improved air quality inside buildings. The building also benefits from an innovative solution with photovoltaic panels integrated in the facade and on the roof, which contributes to the substantial reduction of energy consumption. Among the companies which have their headquarters in One Herastrau Office are DrReaddy’s Pharma, Confrasilvas, Stratulat, and TechVentures Bank.

The Company’s current portfolio includes 101,000 sqm of office space, and it includes One Tower, One Cotroceni Park Office Phase 1, One Herastrau Office and One North Gate, and will reach GLA of 136,000 sqm after delivery of One Cotroceni Park Office Phase 2.
