The company OIL TERMINAL S.A informs the shareholders that on 26.01.2023, the shareholder Dumitrescu Andrei Sebastian filed a lawsuit against the defendants Financial Supervisory Authority, Prime Transaction S.A., Oil Terminal SA and Viorel Sorin Ciutureanu, requesting the annulment of the FSA decision no. 46/17.01.2023 approving the simplified prospectus in order to increase the share capital of the company.

The case was registered at the Bucharest Court of Appeal under no. 521/2/2023 and is in the preliminary procedure phase.
