Important events to be reported: Information on the company’s development strategy
The company’s management informs shareholders and investors with regard to the establishment of Impact Alliance Moldova, a construction company responsible for all of the group’s projects in the Moldova region.
After the integration of constructor RCTI and the establishment of its own architecture and design company in 2022, IMPACT continues its vertical integration process by establishing Impact Alliance Moldova, the construction company that shall manage the GREENFIELD Copou project in Iasi and other projects that the group shall develop in the region.
The new company shall sustainably build large-scale residential projects, shall use local labor and shall purchase materials and services from local suppliers, leading to the creation of an entire economic ecosystem in the area, generating revenue for the local budget.
The IMPACT Group’s portfolio includes companies that develop large-scale residential projects in major cities across the country and provide clients with integrated property management and maintenance services, credit brokerage, interior design and property lease and sale services.
On 25 January 2023, the Trade Register Office attached to the Iasi Tribunal registered IMPACT ALLIANCE MOLDOVA S.R.L.
