Amendment - Current report according to article 108 of Law no. 24/2017, republished, for the second semester of 2022
Important events to be reported: Transactions of the type listed in Art. 108 of Law No. 24/2017 and Art. 234, Letter i) of FSA Regulation No. 5/2018, IMPACT DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR S.A. submits a supplementation to the reporting of the following transactions concluded with the affiliated party RCTI COMPANY S.R.L.
The current report dated 22 September 2022 shall be supplemented as follows:
- for Contracting Agreement No. 1446 dated 21 September 2022 and the additional acts concluded thereto, having as their object Construction Works - Fidic Green Book, construction works of the blocks of the fifth phase of development of the GREENFIELD Baneasa complex in Bucharest, additional penalties of EUR 50 for each day of delay, for late submission of the program are provided for the Contractor, and penalties of 0.1% per day of delay in payment applied to the outstanding amount, but no more than 10% of the outstanding amount are applied for the Beneficiary;
The current reports dated 21 October, 15 November and 19 December 2022 shall be supplemented as follows:
- for Contracting Agreement No. 1576 dated 21 October 2022 and the additional acts concluded thereto, having as their object design and execution of the external weak electric installation in Phases 1, 2 and 3, additional penalties of EUR 50 for each day of delay, for late submission of the program, Guarantee for the warranty period: 1% of the Price of the Agreement in the currency and proportions in which the Price of the Agreement will be paid are provided for the Contractor, and penalties of 0.1% per day of delay in payment applied to the outstanding amount, but no more than 10% of the outstanding amount are applied for the Beneficiary;
The current reports dated 29 September and 15 November 2022 shall be supplemented as follows:
- for Contracting Agreement No. 1481 dated 28.09.2022, having as its object Execution Works of Constructions - Fidic Green Book, construction works of the blocks of the third phase of development of the GREENFIELD Baneasa complex in Bucharest, additional penalties of EUR 50 for each day of delay, for late submission of the program, Guarantee for the warranty period: 1% of the Price of the Agreement in the currency and proportions in which the Price of the Agreement will be paid are provided for the Contractor, and penalties of 0.1% per day of delay in payment applied to the outstanding amount, but no more than 10% of the outstanding amount are applied for the Beneficiary.
