The Company Report for Q1 2022 and the Financial Statements as at 31 March 2022 can be accessed in the link below, the key mentions being the following:


v  IMPACT Developer & Contractor obtained, at consolidated group level, a RON 16.96 million gross profit in the first quarter of 2022, with a 49% increase compared to the same period of last year;

v  The gross margin registered by the IMPACT group was 45%, increasing from 29% compared to the first quarter of 2021;

v  At 31 March 2022 the total value of IMPACT assets adjusted to fair value, in accordance with EPRA standards, was EUR 293 million;

v  As of March 31, 2022, IMPACT had concluded reservations and pre-sale contracts for 509 units worth RON 288.83 million;

v  In the first quarter of 2022 IMPACT sold and pre-sold 118 units with a RON 94.33 million value;

v  IMPACT is in the second year of the new production cycle and will deliver over 800 apartments in Bucharest and Constanta by the end of the year;

v  The value of an IMP share increased by 29% from RON 0.49 on 31 March 2021 to RON 0.63 on 31 March 2022.
