Significant event to be reported: Availability online voting in the Annual OGSM and EGSM from 25.05.2022
The Board of Directors of Dr. Fischer Dental S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informes the market that as of 19.05.2022, the online voting for the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Shareholders Meetings from 25.05.2022 is open. Therefore, shareholders who held DENT shares on the reference date of 13.05.2022 are invited to visit the webpage https://dent.evote.ro/login, register and cast their votes in the OGSM and EGSM.
The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (OGMS) and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of the Company are organized on 25.05.2022 (first call), respectively 26.05.2022 (second call), at the Company's headquarters in Lacul Tei Boulevard no. 1 bis, et. 3, District 2, Bucharest, starting at 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, respectively.
The shareholders can cast their votes online using the eVOTE solution, by correspondence or by participating in person, at the location mentioned above. Shareholders who wish to participate in person are kindly requested to arrive at the location of the meetings by 10:30 AM the latest in order to allow sufficient time for registrations. The online voting in eVOTE solution will be available also live, during the meetings.
