MARKET RELEASE
CONPET SA Ploiesti informs the investors that, in the Official Gazette of Romania, part 1, no. 1180/14.12.2021 has been published the NAMR Order no. 229/06.12.2021 amending the Order no.13/2010 on the approval of the transport tariffs via the crude oil, rich gas, condensate and ethane National Transport System.
Pursuant to Order no. 229/06.12.2021, have been approved the new tariffs for the transport via the crude oil, rich gas, condensate and ethane National Transport System, applicable as of January 01, 2022. The amendments approved by this order are the followings:
Ø For the activity related to the transport of the domestic crude oil, rich gas, condensate and ethane, the tariff has increased from 91.03 RON/ton to 105.50 RON/ton;
Ø For the activity related to the transport of the import crude oil has been approved the transition from 2 to 4 tariff tranches and the amendment of the transport tariffs for Arpechim, Ploiesti Basin and Petromidia refineries, as follows:
