In accordance with the provisions of the Bucharest Stock Exchange Code, we hereby submit the financial reporting calendar for 2023 as follows

1.     The preliminary annual financial results for 2022 will be submitted on 28.02.2023;

2.     The Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders will be convened for 30.03.2023 or on 31.03.2023;

3.     The annual report for the financial results of 2022 will be transmitted on 30.03.2023;

4.     The half year report for financial results of the first half of  2023 will be transmitted on 30.08.2023;

5.     The quarterly reports will be submitted as follows:

         -        For the results of the 1^st quarter of  2023 – on 15.05.2023;

         -        For the results of the 3^rd quarter of  2023 – on 15.11.2023;

6.      Meetings with financial analysts, investment consultants, brokers and investors will take place at the headquarter of the company, at their request.

Should any changes of the aforementioned dates occur, the new dates shall be communicated.
