Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on March 8, 2023 took place the quarterly meeting of the BVB Index Committee ("IC"). BVB Index Committee has decided the following:
1.1 To keep unchanged the composition of BET, BET-TR and BET-TRN indices;
1.2 To keep unchanged the composition of BET-XT, BET-XT-TR and BET-XT-TRN indices;
1.3 To keep unchanged the composition of BET-BK index;
1.4 To change the composition of BET Plus index, as follows:
1.4.1 Include: SAFETECH INNOVATIONS (SAFE); AAGES (AAG);
1.4.2 Exclude: ELECTROARGES (ELGS); VRANCART (VNC);
1.5 To keep unchanged the composition of BET-NG and BET-FI indices;
1.6 To change the composition of BET AeRO index, as follows:
1.6.1 Include:
- META ESTATE TRUST (MET);
- SIPEX COMPANY (SPX);
- ARGUS (UARG);
- FORAJ SONDE Videle (FOJE);
- IPROEB (IPRU);
1.6.2. Exclude:
- GOCAB SOFTWARE (CAB);
- LCS IMOBILIAR (LCSI);
1.7 Approval of the calculation date and the date of entry into force of the new structures, factors and wieghts.
The weights of the indices’ components, the free-float factors (FFi), the representation factors (FRi), the liquidity factors (FLi) and the price correction factors (FCi) will be determined based on the number of shares and closing prices registered at the end of the trading session of March 10, 2023.
The new structures of BVB indices will be announced at the end of March 10, 2023 and will become effective starting with March 20, 2023.
