A new bond issue of the Romanian online retailer and producer of mobile phones and gadgets iHunt starts trading on Thursday April 1st on BVB s Multilateral Trading System


Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on Thursday, April 1st, the second bond issue of the Romanian online retailer and manufacturer of mobile phones and gadgets iHUNT (HUNT) will start trading on the BVB’s Multilateral Trading System (MTS). iHunt bonds will be traded under the HUNT25 ticker and ISIN ROYQGCDVZZR1.

The issue has a nominal value of RON 7mn and includes 70,000 bonds with a 4-yrs maturity and a face value of RON 100/ bond. The bonds were issued in January 2021 and have a fixed interest rate of 8.75% p.a., payable half-annually.  

The company carried out a private bond sale at the end of January, assisted by SSIF TradeVille. The offering was closed in one day, due to the oversubscription of the offer. Investors placed subscription orders worth over RON 8.6mn, compared to the target value of iHunt of RON 7mn. The bonds were issued at the end of January and were allocated to 90 retail investors.

SSIF TradeVille is the Authorized Advisor who assisted the listing of the bonds issue as well, like as the bond issue issued in November 2020 and listed in February 2021, amounting RON 7mn.
